Valencia College, Buildings 1, 3, 4 and HSB Building Renovation

This $8 million dollar renovation challenged the design team to assist the Valencia Community College team in converting and renovating a block of existing classrooms and labs into new offices, a journalism/ government suite, and new classroom, computer and simulation lab spaces.

Ramski and Company defined the materials and applications, assisted with the lighting selections, and detailing for the focal millwork, selected the finishes and designed the patterning through construction documentation.
