Ramski and Company assisted Schenkel Shultz Architects with material and finish selections for their redesigned offices occupying the third floor of the Eola Park Centre Building on Lake Eola in downtown Orlando, Florida.

The full floor space features entry reception/conference/gallery, a highly interactive studio space with very few private offices, and a semiprivate collaboration space the team affectionately refers to as the “egg”.

The successful end result is typical of collaborations between these two firms and was so well received the interiors package has been applied as the basis of design for several new and renovated Schenkel Shultz offices across Florida.
