Matthias & Matthias, a father and son estate and financial planning law firm, hired Ramski and Company to assist them in creating a new office space with the same qualities, comfort and character as each of their three diverse residences.  The team agreed that though each residence character was unique (a beautiful Winter Park lake home; a log lodge in Sun Valley, Idaho; and a luxury beach condominium at Palm Coast), the common element shared was quality and attention to detail.

Having been intimately involved in the design process for their residences, the clients played a very active role throughout the design and construction process. Key to the success of this project was not only providing quality design and detailed documentation but supervising the construction and working with the craftsmen to ensure the space exuded that quality feel informing the character of this space.

Additional challenges included creating acoustic privacy between office/conference and public zones, comfortably scaling conference and office space with soaring 20’ high ceilings and creating an impressive space absent of intimidation, a home for this firm, and a home away from home for their guests.
